People here will offer you 'tricks' how to start doing shit.

Fuck tricks. You're a grown-up man. Make a conscious decision and force yourself to do it.

You will feel anxiety. Your hands may shake. Your voice may tremble. Your knees may wobble. You may even shit yourself a little bit.

But you can do it and that's it.

Because these techniques are not yours. It's like wearing somebody else's clothes and feeling uncomfortable at it (and looking weird, too). You have to develop your own style, by trial & error. After a success, or a rejection, you elaborate and adjust.
