no just respond straight away, if she likes you she wont give a fuck. And text at any time in the day, whenever the fuck you feel like it. Just don't keep the conversation long, keep it short and sweet. Ask about 2 personal questions then get the number and date sorted out immediately. Nope it is not creepy, it is however annoying if you continuously message her. So only 1 message at a time, dont bombard her. the ratio should be equal

Dude, you gotta realize tinders a number game. These girls have the power and are constantly getting hit on/messaged. It's honestly not gonna make a difference wether you wait to send a message or right away. Just be better than the other guy.
