So, I am incredibly new to this. I've been in a relationship for the last 3 years and it seems to be coming to an end. Dating again will be interesting. I've been reading seddit for the last couple months and find it very intriguing.

My question is about cooking. I apologize if it is a stupid question. I work as a cook in a very high end French place in my city. Is this something I should be putting out there when I meet girls? Or should i just tell them I know what I'm doing in the kitchen? Or surprise them?

I am classically trained in French and Italian cuisine and am very good at Latin american, and classic NW food as well.
