Hello, Long time lurker here and got a question. Where I live this time of year there are tons of migrant workers from Europe and such in the 20ish age range give or take.

Question I have is how do I approach them as a 18 year old dude and over come language and culture barriers? Almost went for it the other day when I was buying gas and made slight small talk then she started smiling and covering her giggles with her hand when she gave me one lotto ticket instead of the 5 and I didn't know how to take this since I didn't say anything funny or witty and her mistake wasn't funny?

update: how would I meet up with them if they agreed? like pick em up after work or something? most don't have phones and not sure where I would take one? 18 year old life at the moment wouldn't be to exciting to a foreign person whose probably a few years older.
