Question for college guys.

Creepy is a matter of status. Dress well, smell good, and be clean. I've never not gotten a phone number and some IOIs, and I approach half a dozen times a day. You just have to make sure you have a way to escalate. If you don't have connections to bars and parties you have nowhere fun to take them, compared to guys who do have that. Optimally, have a vehicle too.

I'm in my first week of the semester at my community college, I've found time for a couple approaches so far. I don't have great results in 3 days (I tried to get an instant-date on both approaches. The girls didn't have the time. I'm ok with that).

BUT one thing I do know is to NEVER worry about being creepy. I've been watching a couple of Nick Sparks' speeches recently and he answered some guy's question. It was along the lines of "how do I approach without being creepy?" Nick then went on to say that you aren't seen as creepy as long as your focus isn't 100% on the girl. Don't tune everything out, but give tons of attention to her.

If you do the basics (eat well, lift, dress and groom well, etc) and approach with a friendly, positive attitude, you'll be fine. Being seen as creepy should be the least of your worries. In fact, forget that. You aren't creepy and approaching isn't either.

In my limited experience hooking up with girls from class leads to some weirdness after. First girl became overly attached and extremely needy, which was a distraction.She would constantly invite me to "study", and would get jelouse of my talking to other girls in the class.

Second girl was initially a fun new friend. But after we went out and hooked up she just pretended like it never happened and we became more distant as a result.

If you can find a balance between the two then I would love to hear about it.

This is where the famous "Be atteactive. don't be unattractive" comes into play.

If you take care of yourself, dress well, seem confident and know what you want, there is no way she will think of you as creepy. Remember it's only awkward if you think of it as awkward. She might even think of you as cute or manly to have the balls to approach, girls like a man with balls.

On the other hand, if you are not confident, take care of yourself and just approach a girl, stuttering your words, she will think you are creepy.

In fact, I just started my semester as well and right on the first day of class I spotted a girl that was really attractive. Right at that moment, I was deciding to talk to her after class, maybe do an instant date afterwards. Was I nervous? Yes, did I hesitate a little before approching her? Yes. But I did. It turns out she was engaged. But something odd happened afterwards...I felt great. I felt amazing that I totally went for a 10 without thinking about it twice. I felt I had my shit together.

Next day in class, I thought she might think that is weird she rejected me and we are still in class. You know what I thought of that? "I don't give a shit". And as I walked into class. I made a contact and smiled, just like an acquaintance. That's it.

You got to show them that you are in control. You can handle your emotions, your thoughts, your actions. Archive that and you will achieve everything, friend.
