[Question] When, if ever, do you give a follow up message when you were not previously met with a response (two situations, A: when you know they saw the first message and B: when you don't know if they saw the message)

It depends, most of the time if they don't respond after a few hours ( they had to of seen it ) I start looking for another girl to talk to. If they didn't see it then just wait, no big deal.

On occasions I'll send another message if I know it will get a response. A girl flaked me today so at first I said "ah well, catch you later" feeling defeated. Then after talking to another girl I got a bit of a confidence boost and told the girl that flaked me she was missing out. Set up plans for tmrw for us... If you think the situation calls for it, go for it.
