Just got back from a bike ride with a girl, it was our first time alone together. We connected okay, she was laughing at my jokes, I gave her a funny pet name, all around okay time. She came back to my place and we had popsicles. I was also trying to convince her to come see planet of the apes with me tonight. We had some crazy eye contact and she was teasing me that she really didn't want to see planet of the apes but sort of insinuated would put up with it any way just to hang out with me. We also agreed to get donuts afterward. She texts me just a moment before I'm about to text her when I will pick her up and she says...

HB: I don't think I can do the apes.

I reply...

Me: I think you are really messing up. but you should come watch a different movie and smoke and get donuts with me.

(We had talked about smoking too). It's starting to get late and she still hasn't texted me back? Should I say something else to push her over the edge? I was going to say sort of jokingly...
