So me and this girl met and had sex the other night, After she left she was messaging me talking about how much she enjoyed herself.

She told me she could meet me on saturday but then later messaged me telling me she can't make it anymore (she done this twice) so i messaged her asking if she is flaking on me and she told me she isn't the flaking type and if she didn't want to see me she would tell me.

We have great conversations over call and she seems interested by sending me paragraphs but she just seems to be sort of avoiding the meet up... She is busy with her horses and work but maybe i'm just overthinking?

How should i play this? Should i just leave her to message me about the meet up or should i keep talking to her everyday?
