The back story to this is that this girl and I matched on tinder. We go out on a date and grab frozen yogurt but end up only going out for about an hour and a half or so. No kiss at the end.

I text to go out again and she says she's busy that week but to text me the week after. I text the following week and get no reply, then text again a few days later and no reply again.

I delete her number and on tinder as I figure she's not interested. Then about a month or so later (last week) she adds me on Snapchat. I don't add her back though, then today she added me on fb and I accepted. Should I wait for her to message me still or is it my turn to reinitiate?
