MY APPROACH

Like the title says, I'm cold approaching girls wherever I can and having short conversations. Usually I aim to extend conversations to build a stronger connection but most the time I am unable to because during the day they're usually doing something.

But because I always potentially am trying to get a lead, I will always close for numbers. Majority of the time the number close is successful and a real number. But whenever I message them there is barely ever a reply. FYI, I am not messaging boring things, I usually tend to comment about something we formed a connection about or something we found funny together i.e. her huge purse or sweet ass trainers etc.

But, alas whatever I try its always the same result - which is no response. I can't even get past this to even set up logistics. In the past this bothered me enough to make me stop gaming for a while, but now I very much expect this result and am not suprised.

This obviously has got me to consider as to why I am not getting with any girl. From my stand point I think I am socially apt & pretty confident, however obviously from the reactions I'm getting I don't think I fall in the territory where I am attractive enough to meet their dating threshold. In other words I am ugly.

RECENT EXAMPLE OF MY INTERACTIONS

A recent example of an interaction was where I opened a girl at the train station.

I went over and said Hi, I would like to meet her because I think she might be cool, I especially think this because of her dress sense.

She opted to tease herself and I also teased her back about it. However, we were wearing matching clothing so she enjoyed that. She then asked me questions about myself, my family, complimented me on my name (wtf). But was also in a rush to give her roommate keys to the apartment or some bs.

She eventually told me she would give me her number but she has a boyfriend (she's been dating for 2 weeks) I teased her on this saying 2 weeks is nothing, you meet so many different people in your life, it takes time to decide who you are really into etc. She then offered to exchange instagrams, asking me If I had one. I ignored that I responded, saying you know what take my number hit me up if you want and we will hang out.

She actually took my number down properly asking me word for word to make sure she got it properly. 2 minutes later I recieve a text with her name and 2 minutes after that she texts me again with her name.

I respond 1 hour later sending her response back saying I got it + a tease etc. It's been a day and I've got no response. Whoop ti dooo! The story of my life.

Any thoughts on this, or anything I can do to change up this pattern? I've already accepted I'm not attractive as a man however, that won't stop me from trying.

TL;DR: I grab numbers after short interactions, despite, some interest in a few sets It goes no where. I can't even secure a reply from a girl
