I think you're probably fine. If it were me, I would shoot her a text and try to set up the next meet. Her response to that should let you know where her head is at.

Women play more games with texting than even the most Machiavellian pickup artist. Her radio silence means nothing. If you keep silent though it will drive her nuts with curiosity, more so than it does you. But you don't have to hold back if you have something to say.

Also your stargazing idea is way too intimate so early on. That's like a 4th date idea. If you want something more intimate than a party/bar you should go for a lunch date.
