Hi Seddit. I've been reading for quite a while and the advice here helped me develop my inner game enough to approach a dimepiece who eventually became my girlfriend -- but is now an ex. I am a woman interested in other women, fyi.

It's been a couple months and while I'm not totally over my ex I'm ready to start casually dating, but the thing is, the social scene for lesbians is very small. It's highly likely that I'll bump into my ex at some event before I'm "ready" for it.

I'm trying not to be anxious about it, and definitely wouldn't let the possibility prevent me from going to an event. But How do you deal? How should I prepare so that if I DO run into her, I handle the situation well, maybe even maintain a mindset where I'd still be able to approach other women that night?
