My ex of 3 years broke up w me at the start of summer. I spent the entire summer improving myself, hitting the gym, and working. My ex handled the breakup by getting a new bf a month later and is still with him.

Now I am at a university in a big city with many girls and have the abundance mentality, completely over my ex. My ex is at the same uni.

We started talking again bc I was close to her family and her older brother passed away. She started texting me and would text me more than once if I didn’t reply.

Other day she texted me that she wanted to get together to study so I agreed. We went to my place, made food, and drank beer. I could tell she’s strongly attracted to how I have changed a lot bc I’ve lost a lot of weight, and I joke around and keep her laughing. Before the breakup I was more serious, had gained weight, and lost self confidence.

She had like 3 beers and it seemed like she had too much (but I think she was playing it off). I took her to my bed so she could relax a little bit and laid next to her while giving her some water. She cuddled up into my arms.

Hands started to wander slowly, and things got really heated slowly. She whispered in my ear “fuck me”, something she had never said while we were together. I got pretty excited so I said ok, and grabbed a condom.

Ripped our clothes off, but kept her going for a while before I actually did the deed. We did it like never before, I can’t lie I was really satisfied.

Right after, she cried bc she felt guilty for cheating on her bf. We talked for a while I made her feel better, and we had sex like 2 more times, almost all night.

Seducing my ex was really satisfying but it made me realize that my feelings for her are pretty much gone. Our relationship had been heavily based on sex. I’m just in that I don’t care mindset now. Had lots of fun and felt extremely satisfied though.

Was this a bad idea or good idea? Her bf lives on the other side of the state so he has no idea and probably won’t find out. Knowing I’m really over her and don’t care she has a bf, would it be a bad idea if I kept her as a fuck buddy? I think the fact that I was able to seduce her while she had a bf really solidified the idea that my feelings for her are gone.

Side note: I made sure she consented fully before going on, and she was pretty sober for all of it. We joked around about the sex this morning. Also, she was not close with her brother at all as she hardly knew him. So I don’t feel like I took advantage of her in anyway at all in the way that maybe she was vulnerable. We both consented 100%.

TL;DR Seduced my ex, wondering if it is a bad idea or a good idea to keep her as a plate, knowing that I have no feelings for her now. She has a bf.
