I got an Asian girl once who basically spoke no English. I got her number using sign language then did most of the verbal game thru text as she had a translator app. During the date I then used sign language to tell her to show me her photos (opened the gallery on my phone to indicate her to do the same) because I know that if she's a tourist she'll have tons of recent photos. I then used her gallery to build comfort, tease, and qualify her. Did more of that with games on our phones that allowed two players. Then I walked her around the mall, kissed her in a quiet part, continued walking around, tried to seal the deal in a handicap toilet, she wasn't having it so I got an Uber to take us to my place and sealed the deal there.
Obviously no one is amazing enough to pull this off the way I did with consistency. I just got lucky that my sign language got this specific girl attracted enough to me to give me her number and reply. Its easier once you're on the date.
But if you want to be pulling Asian girls who barely speak English with consistency maybe look into ways of building attraction, comfort, and seduction that don't involve talking to her one on one like befriending her friends, helping them out do touristy things, leading them, being pre-selected by having other girls around you, demonstrating whatever makes you cool within eyeshot, etc then going for the number.

From what mental frame should I come to pick them up? as in "Little sister" or "Behind that cute facade is a horny dominatrix"? I ask because they seem easily scared and I'd need to tiptoe around them for them to not sit down and cry. But with european girls I was more than often wrong and the more dominant I was, the better. No girl ever cried due to me be dominant and aggressive. Yet they...just look so cute and vulnerable and .... I don't know. I think I am wasting my life by not approaching them.

Have you approached an Asian girl before? Because they're not that emotionally fragile, they just look like it.
I think if you're used to approaching RSD style then talking to Asian girls will feel like you're dropping yourself really low because RSD teaches you to exaggerate your manliness too much in the open. Instead go for a more comfort based approach.
In terms of mental frame, just look at them like young girls curious about sex but probably too shy to act on it without someone guiding them through the process.
Sign language is when you make non-verbal gestures that have verbal meanings. Like flipping someone off. You don't really need to say what you mean, people already know what that gesture means.

You know, opening really loud and in your face to show your dominance. The last thing shy tourists need is a local overpowering them with dominance especially when they come from a culture of humility more than self-assurance. Europeans are dicks, so dominance works really well on them. Watch videos that have to do with dating in Asia, its very different.
You can open with anything that's more or less normal. You can go direct, just not sexual direct. And instead of delivering it in a more of an alpha male manner, deliver it in more of a prince charming manner. So when you open, don't look into her eyes thinking of all the nasty things you would do to her, look into her eyes as if you've seen the most beautiful girl in the world.
You can also go indirect. If you're specifically targeting tourists you have a great opportunity because they often need help so watch what's going on with them before you approach. They might be looking for something and you can open with "What are you guys looking for?" Obviously if you go indirect you'll be banking on them knowing English.
As far as a scripted line, I don't have a catch all one for every situation. I understand game enough to make things up as the situation sees fit so if you want a scripted one then maybe you can tell me a specific situation where you often have the opportunity to talk to these girls.

I used to say: "I like you" and similar. What came next was "err.. I liiike you?", points her finger into the air to show she has an idea, fumbles to get her translator while I am standing there thinking "Jeezus is that cute". But then it went nowhere. Without english or german I was lost so far. Problem is, most of the time, they speak neither. So can you elaborate on this sign language thing a little further?

Yeah that's the thing man. The best advice is to learn their language.
But as far as sign language goes, you see it almost every day. The come hither sign with the index finger, waving to say hi, having a palm up to indicate someone to stop, etc.
The way I would explain how I did it is its a lot like playing charades. I basically act out what I want her to do. With the approach I told you about I basically made a gesture on my own face trying to make it look like I'm saying she's pretty. I think she got it lol then I pulled out my phone, made a typing action and opened a new contact so she knew I was asking for her number. If she doesn't have an American number then just show her your Whatsapp or whatever free texting app you use and figure out a way to make her understand that you're asking if she has that app too.
