The other day /r/the_brick_attack messaged me a nice testimonial message that blew my mind. He told me his story about how learning SEDUCTION concepts helped him out tremendously in his TEACHING career! I fully admit that I had never even thought about the ramifications for learning seduction material for someone who works in a classroom!
Here is an excerpt of what he said:
Around February of 2012 I really started reading a lot of stuff on seddit, the seduction sub-reddit. I saw the big names of a few PUAs come up time and time again. I relied on the sidebar with all the basics for a while and practice little bits of game. I noticed my confidence shift around March or April. What had been happening at this time was that I practiced better posture, saw myself as attractive, and began keeping eye contact with students and coworkers. The rest of the year was somewhat successful, but not what I would call a stellar year. However, I did leave a better teacher than I thought I would because of these simple posture and mindset changes.
Fast forward to the next year, I started reading the posts of Above the Game. The big things that stuck with me were changing my life for the better and becoming a man I wanted to become. I chose my own path and stuck with it. I held my posture better not only because I was training that way, but because I knew who I was meant to be in my own mind. I had a mission
The truth about teaching and seduction is that they are two sides of the same coin. With one, you are winning someone over for sexual desire. With the other you are winning over minds of youth to make them stronger and more skilled. With both, your intentions should be to make the life of yourself and the other person better. It was when I decided to be authentic with myself and others that I noticed a shift in teaching.
"Getting good at seduction means getting good at life"
Whether or not you have aspirations of banging perfect 10s every night of the week, the core tenets of seduction apply equally to your professional career.
I feel like this is an oft forgotten point. Yes, it's obvious for certain careers (sales), but it's just as beneficial to an engineer or accountant.
Why?
Just like in pickup, it's two fold... Externally (outer game) if you learn how to better talk to people, have better posture, better body language, eye contact, and vocal tonality, you will be perceived as a more attractive human being.
It's no secret that, all things being equal, more attractive people rise the corporate ladder faster than their less attractive coworkers.
But the other, and even more important piece, has to do with developing core confidence to trust one's abilities.
I just wanted to remind everyone of the importance of what we're doing here. This isn't just about meeting girls - your entire life hangs in the balance.
Getting good at seduction means getting good at life. Let that soak in next time you're sitting home alone on a Friday night.
