The most critical part of seduction, more critical than confidence, is your weight. Your weight determines so much in your life.
Your weight determines your attractiveness. Overweight people show this weight in their face, losing chiseled features and showing an unattractive largeness.
Your weight determines your mood. Overweight people are more depressed and less likely to go out. It takes more energy to exert to do stuff. I would know, I am battling being overweight.
Recently, through a combination of kickboxing, eating less, and running, I have lost 6 pounds. I immediately saw a subtle shift in my confidence, my mood, and my energy level. Not as much as I want, but a start.
Weight in game is everything. Lose the weight, win the girls. Too much depends on how much you weigh for it to be ignored or compensated for.
Run. I love to run. Mainly because I combine game with running as an incentive. I run fast, and approach as many sets as I can when I run. I rack up the numbers and get a sweat going. Tons of rejection because the interactions are so short, but it doesn't matter because I am there to lose weight.
Join a sport. I joined kickboxing and have met women through it. I am very careful not to come off creepy, and I only ask out the ones I am absolutely certain about. I make sure when we partner up I choose a woman I want to talk to afterword. I kill two birds with one stone: I get in a great workout, and I spend time with a beautiful woman.
Eat less. That is the simple truth of losing weight. Eat less, your stomach constricts, and you depend on fewer calories.
Finally, lose weight for yourself above all else. Life is so much better when you are thin, strong, and attractive.
I used to be a top tier wrestler. Then I gained a lot of weight. I've seen both sides of the coin, and I look forward to work toward regaining my life again.
Not to mention the sex is so much better when you're fit.
