I've never done this, but I've thought about it, as I dated a girl who was into girls.

I think the best bet would be for both of you to be seducing her somewhat independently, so there's a bit of attraction built up for both (but make sure it's clear you're a couple). If you're both flirting with her, I think the intention will be clear. Then, whoever she seems to mostly be into, should lead the way. I found that bi girls tend to be less forward than men or lesbians, though, so the male may still need to take the lead. To make a three way happen, you'll need some attraction all around.

I'd love to hear from folks who've made this happen. I've read Neil Strauss' thoughts on getting a three-way, and it doesn't seem workable when you're going out as a couple. It seems to require two girls you're already sleeping with to happen to come together in a socially lubricated situation.

What's your goal with this?

If it's just the sex, and she's open to it and attractive, then there are plenty of good swingers clubs / parties out there. This especially holds if you're ok with a foursome - bi girls are a hot commodity at these places. If you're worried about the ugly older people, at least many larger cities have high quality clubs that only allows couples and bi girls and/or that have age limits and vet members by phot (e.g. in London we have Killing Kittens and Fever, which both hold regular parties and are vetted by photo; I've only been a few times, but never seen anyone I'd consider ugly, and quite a lot of really stunning women).

If it's for the practice and/or the chase as well, then the advice on reading up on Jeffy's material that Literati gave is good. Less so Nine Ball, though, - it's a great read, but it's not a manual, more of a fucked up biography that involves such awesome things as a drunken/drug fueled sword fight between Jeffy and a roommate. A lot of the material in Nine Ball has also been reguarly recycled in RSD's free newsletter.

Regardless, the girls need to be into each other, especially if the girl you're going after has little experience with girls. That the target is attracted to your gf is far more important than how attracted she is to you. So make sure to give her enough pointers about how to increase attraction that the girl will be into her... Don't be afraid to pull her aside and give her instructions right in the middle of things. Even just say things in her ear right in front of the target... Or even loudly tell her what to do so both of them can hear.. :)

Also, never ever forget that once you get there, for a threesome to work well nobody must ever be left out. It's a disaster waiting to happen if one of them suddenly finds herself watching the you and the other girl without getting any attention, especially if the girl you're dating finds herself left out...

Swingers clubs don't hold any attraction for me, for whatever reason. I mostly like the one-on-one process, but when I've dated girls who were bi, it was an appealing thought to play with extra girls. My type of girl is the type you would never expect to be kinky, but is extremely kinky (which is not all that hard to find; sweet, smart, cute, well-educated girls, are often the absolute wildest; dumb girls are downright boring). The swingers I've known had an overt sexuality about them that I find off-putting.

Anyway, one aspect I do find fun is teaching a girl how to pickup a girl. That's totally hot. Teaching a girl anything is sexy, but teaching a sexy topic like getting sex is sexy squared. My last bi girlfriend really enjoyed getting tips on flirting and picking up girls, but we weren't together long enough for it to come to any fruition (we tended to never get out of the house, as she lived a long way away so when we were together we didn't want to waste time on non-sexual activities).

So, it's probably just a matter of meeting a new bi girl, getting her into the game, and seeing what we can make happen as a team.
