In my experience, cougars/MILFs who are down are literally like the most obvious and shameless demographic of any chick that has hit on me, they will make it super obvious. Also, I've seen divorced chicks in their 40's be mega horny and go for one night stands like college girls will (which is funny because chicks in their 30's usually don't do one night stands, LOL).

College girls are easy to meet around campus, at parties, bars, through friends, but MILFs you will have to go where they are... My buddy is into MILFs, and he goes to these "wine bars" and fancy drink places (I prefer to drink at home with girls, or go to dive bars to pick up sloots) and he says there are hella women in the wine bars, the "ratio" is excellent, and they can get pretty flirty. It sounds like you're not 21, but I'd check that wine bar scene out as soon as you're 21.

For now, you can go to rock concerts for bands that were hot in say, the 1990's. I've went to an outdoor concert with my GF a few months ago for the Chris Isaak band. I saw more girls than guys, most in their 40's liquored up looking hot as fuck, and they were hella flirty and horny. There was some 40's and 50's couples, but some single cougars and groups of MILFS. There were lots of food trucks and beer/wine stands around the edges of the concert park where easy socializing pickups could go on. But since it was more than half women, and most of the guys were married older dudes with their wives, being a 20 year old guy in that environment would really stand out and if you are outgoing I'm sure you could get laid. Also you've probably experienced being a lone wolf approaching a group of 20's chicks and someone in the group will inevitably be a cunt and always cockblock you, you basically have to approach a group of younger girls with an equal group of younger guys. But a group of cougars will not cockblock their girlfriend if a lone wolf shows up, in fact they egg their GF on to hook up with younger guys. Chris Isaak does some sexy and romantic songs, and there were chicks looking around desperately wishing they had a date for the night. Something like this is absolutely perfect for you.

I was with my girlfriend though at this concert, so I couldn't make any plays, but it woulda been like shooting fish in a barrel.

I've had a little experience with older women, and have learned a few things -

Women of that age just want to feel like they are still sexy, and really appreciate being told that they look great - if a young attractive guy is hitting on them or checking them out, they love it - so just go up and be confident and charming like you are and strike up a conversation
But, these women can sniff out immaturity like a hound - if you are 20 and act 20, you'll have no shot. They want somebody who is 20 or 21, and can actually hold a legitimate, intimate conversation, don't be a fratboy douchebag. Be smart, be an intellectual, be charming and cognizant and perceptive and self-aware - the most common objection you will hear from older women is that you are "too young" - this is when you have the chance to strike gold - this is where you have to demonstrate that even though by age you are young, your maturity level is similar to hers. This can be demonstrated through experience, charisma, conversational topics and a plethora of other things
Lastly, women who are actually MILFS and not just older, have things to worry about, like kids. Don't expect to be able to just waltz into their home and fuck them on the kitchen counter - you're going to have to work for it because logistically its difficult - you probably don't have your own place either. My experience has been that when I've been successful I've gotten a date, which allows the woman to plan for her son/daughter to be somewhere else for the time that we plan to go back to her place.

Be spontaneous and bring excitement to their life... all they want is to feel like they are still 22.
