Funny I've had the same fears.

I pull out at the point of ejaculation even with a condom just to make sure.

After sex I flush the condom thus mitigating that risk. (there's a funny scene in the movie 'the square' about this scenario)

Regarding rape allegations, the sad truth is men are condemned at an accusation whether it's true or not. Therefore you need to ensure the person you copulate with is stable and secure. Usually unstable people give off red flags. Make note of any unusual behaviour. Also never ever pressure people regarding sex. If they actually want to have sex it should be smooth and feel like a natural win win for both parties. However even so, accusations are a risk because some people are fucked in the head.

For the whole pregnancy risk you're overthinking it. Most condom failures happen because people don't use them correctly or put them on correctly. Do your research on how condom breakages happen and carry a few backup condoms on you. A lot of guys use the pull out method even while wearing a condom which will greatly decrease the chance of an unwanted pregnancy even further. Most condom breakages happen if the condom is weakened somehow, which can happen if you store the condom incorrectly (i.e. in your wallet), using an expired condom, or using oil or lotion as lube. Sperm doesn't survive that long outside of the body unless it goes inside her or it's in a controlled environment. If you're really that paranoid you can flush the condom or simply wipe it off with some tissue and flush that away if you're environmentally conscious like me.

As for rape allegations, unless you get yourself into an encounter where the circumstances and consent are at the very least ambiguous and aren't taking the proper precautions then the chances of you having to worry about being accused for rape are pretty low. Follow the obvious common sense rules: don't have sex with her if she's incapacitated or intoxicated, don't pressure or coerce her to have sex with you, if you're not sure if you have consent or not better safe then sorry, and if she says stop then stop. As a general rule, any consent short of an enthusiastic "fuck yes" isn't enough.

Another measure to take is to make sure you at least know a bit of background info about the girl: for example her age, maturity level, emotional stability, level of competence, etc. Generally speaking an emotionally stable, level headed girl who knows what she's doing will not accuse you of anything unless you actually did something. False rape allegations do happen but they tend to come from a girl who's emotionally unstable, has an ulterior motive to do so, or otherwise just fucked in the head.

its really not that big a deal but

-condom- flip inside out and throw away. and if youre that paranoid, put alcohol in the condom and stir it. and even more, throw it in garbage somewhere outside.

fake identity-just lie about your name, strangers dont really care who you are.

-credit card- in foreign countries, you shouldnt be waving your money around in the first place. do that and youll be the one getting fucked instead.

-rape charges- option 1. you can not be a loser, make some friends so youll have an alibi. option 2 lie about everything, go to a hotel and leave before she wakes up.

truth be told, if you get in a situation like this, it's a 95% chance a very obvious fuck up. false rape wont get them money, theyll more likely have there friends rob you and kill you back at the hotel.
