I originally posted the advice below in a comment, but thought it could start a conversation about practical habits everyone uses to maintain self-confidence.
Like the title says, a confidence potluck where everyone brings something to the table.
Try and use a similar short form format if possible, so it’s an easy reference. Looking forward to seeing everyone’s thoughts.
What helps my inner confidence is:
When I’m in good physical shape. Doesn’t mean being ripped or overly-muscular.
Getting a good night’s sleep
Eating healthy as opposed to like crap
Engaging in a physical activity where I’m competing or working on my skills with other men. I took up kickboxing last year, and it’s humbling but pushes my comfort zone.
Taking a few minutes to close my eyes and focus on the things I have and that I’m grateful for.
Genuinely getting something accomplished with my job.
Accomplishing a personal goal or task
Doing something to make my girlfriend, friend, or family member happy without expecting anything in return.
Reading and writing
Meeting with friends
Interacting with real women and not watching pornography
On a superficial level:
Wearing clothes that fit well but are comfortable
Wearing my watch
Wearing cologne, something that makes me feel bold
Having sex
there doesn't seem to be anything here
