Been reading Covey's seven habits and am thoroughly enjoying it, learned more from this book than I have with my previous material and it can all be applied pretty easily.

He started his third habit "putting first things first" with a question. is there something you could do that, if done would dramatically affect your success. to which I said "finish my driving". this is something that really isn't urgent there is no rush to even do it. I have to have that motivation to do it. Although this is only part of what is explained in this chapter and more so in the entire book, Just because there isn't urgency to take action, doesn't mean you should not do it. DO IT. It requires your ability to be proactive and know what you want in the end of that journey or in the grander scheme of things, your journey.

It is important if it aligns with your principles, values and beliefs, anything that does not, simply is not important. Once you realise this, it should instill a fire in you to say yes to these things. There are already things in my mission statement that aren't being fulfilled to an effective capacity. I have stopped weightlifting, if I pick it back up, it would benefit me greatly in the long run.

Perhaps you don't really wanna game today, on your day running errands around town, but why the hell not? it would benefit you greatly to have more effective social skills. even if you only decide to do one approach, do it.
