After some years gaming and the last ones being more into daygame, I've been trying to find a more efficient way than doing direct approach. I sensed that in direct approach, it's putting too much pressure on the spot and the girl has to make a decision right there, sometimes even if she likes you, she can get defensive because it can be too much.

Anyway, thinking back into several approaches, I remember that the ones that got me the best results, was when I approached in a funny and indirect manner, making funny remarks, and that has changed the entire thing, let me explain.

It's a bit trickier in the sense that you have to be creative and funny, all at the same time, which makes you train your eye and your mind to pick up on those things. Basically, when you make her laugh but caught her off guard, the reaction is even better and she enjoys it, much better than the "you seem cute I want to meet you" line they've heard thousands of times.

Don't get me wrong, I still do direct approaches here and there, mostly if the girl shows up and I can't think of anything funny or witty to say, I'll go direct. It's training your eye to make those comments, it's much easier if the girl is stagnant, I'll give some examples of some lines I used which were spontaneous and with good results, but most of it, I was having fun.

I was in the line to get some meat at the supermarket and there's this 10 standing there, gets her meat (a lot) so I ask her, are you leaving anything for the rest of us or are we getting invited to your dinner party?

Other approaches I´ve used (always with a playful attitude and asses their response, if she plays along you're mostly in, cold shoulder just walk away):

- Confuse them on purpose with a waiter or a worker, just start asking them for what you want, making a funny order and take it from there. She says: Ohh sorry, I don't work here, you say: do you want to start right now? I'll have a double burger, no pickles, extra cheese...

- If she's sitting in a bench, something like: I'm sorry, but you're sitting in my bench, I called this morning to book it, we are going to have a problem (while smiling).

- If she's smoking: hey, how much do you sell a piece for? Normally they say here, take it for free, so I'll say, Ohh, I thought if you sold the entire box you could get off your shift.

- if she's taking a picture, I'll say something like: You're the girl you needed a photographer for your Tinder pics, right?

Anyways, I've noticed creativity and humor go a really long way and might be the difference of blindly cold approaching most girls with a standard line, seems like putting an extra effort helps. I'll add you have to have a good vibe in that moment, otherwise it's not going to work.
