There’s this girl I’ve been interested in a while, I met her when she became an exec in this club at our university which I was also an exec in. We haven’t talked to each other much, just a few exchanges and have known each other for about 6 months. I wanted to ask her out a while back but wanted to make sure she was single first, and was recommended to bring it up in convo with her. However, I haven’t had an opportunity to be alone with her (we only see each other at weekly club exec meetings and club events that we host) and was wondering if I should just shoot her a message on IG to ask her out and/or ask if she’s single. Or should I wait for an opportunity to be alone with her then ask? I’m also going to be leaving the country for an internship in about a month, and will be gone for 4 months soI don’t want to miss my window of opportunity. Sorry for the long post, any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
