So I recently posted on here about my first couple of approaches and I got a lot of positive feedback. I felt great and they actually went pretty well but I’ve been struggling with whether or not I should continue. I’ll keep this brief.

Basically, I’m 17, could go for maybe 18-19, and apparently can’t judge a girls age to save my life. Truth is, I’m still scared to approach and it takes a lot for me to go do it. I want to continue but even if everything goes perfectly (she reciprocates, I get the number, etc.) I have nowhere to take it. I’m 17. What am I gonna do, make a fake id and take her to a bar? And let’s not forget my competition is grown ass men. I just feel like at this age, it doesn’t make sense to cold approach girls UNLESS they’re my age, which I’ve deliberately refrained from doing because girls my age are not worth it.

Should I continue trying even if it’s not gonna go anywhere? Become better at age id? All advice is appreciated.
