If you like her give her the ultimatum that she doesn't get you as a friend. You're either more than a friend or you're moving on. Continuing down the path you're currently on will only inflict more harm on yourself. It'll suck to lose her but you don't want to live your entire life lusting after her.

You're going to probably lose a friend if you keep pushing. I've been there tons of times but the times I did it, I wished I wouldn't have gone for it like that and just kept a friend instead. Many times if you feel the girl doesn't like you after you have voiced that you do shes trying to turn you down nicely. Don't lose a friend dude. The girls I've asked tend to go out of their way to not talk to me so things aren't "awkward" or she doesn't lead me on more than she already did. It's like trying to make up for leading you on by just never talking to you again..
