If it’s off an app, sometimes you gotta ask a question or two to get the convo going. Use judgement though and if worse comes to worse, “like” the dry message and see if she double texts.

Sometimes dry messages are a way to gauge neediness/investment imbalance, so mirroring the energy and showing you can walk away are your best bet here if she doesn’t open up after a few questions/substantial messages from you.

I guess you can simply adjust to your own feelings. Sometimes if you feel tired or annoyed you can end your interaction shortly. Sometimes you can give it few more chances if you have a good feeling. Use your subconscious, it can often provide you with a feedback that you are not aware of yet.

You should be you. Let DM be the 2nd step to communicate. Talk to girls in public and don't try to be someone you are not just to impress.
