It depends what type of job it is. Generally you shouldn’t shit where you eat. If you’re at a uni job where you aren’t gonna stay long then go for it who cares about a little awkwardness. But if it’s in your actual career then leave asking girls out unless you’re leaving the company to a new job.

You risk a claim for sexual harassment. Employment and career terminated. It happened to a colleague who had an affair with a coworker. They broke up, had an argument by the coffee machine, where they were calling each other names and almost got physical. She filed a claim with HR.

Also, if something goes wrong here, you might start to feel really awkward going to work and just cross each others ways. The place where you were supposed to work and be an "healthy" place for you, may become the place that you don't want to be anymore in case things start to go wrongly. Happened to me and to a couple of people I know.

In my opinion you should give two dates+times for a date and if they reject both, THEN they aren't interested. There's no possible way they're busy both times you offer.
