I know eye contact is important. It shows confidence, and it makes you look alpha.

I've been using it more in my interactions but there is a question I have that has been bugging me.

Are you supposed to lock eye contact the ENTIRE time with her? By lock I mean unwavering eye contact that doesn't break.

What I've been doing is when I'm talking to a girl when she talks to me I hold contact the entire time, but when I talk to her I'll switch between looking at her to looking away (mostly to not look like a creep that staring her down) and collecting my thoughts.

Is this bad?
