Made about my 300th approach last night since trying to learn pickup. A few makeouts so far, but that's it. Feeling a bit dejected.

Anyway, last night I approached a girl at about midnight in a cab rank and just said like 'hey'' and smiled, and then some guy who turned out to be her boyfriend but who wasn't standing near her when I approached her marched over to me and went nuts.

He was about 6ft 4! black guy. Not happy with me at all! I know this is something other people worry about, but it's the first time it's happened to me in like 300 approaches.

I did think I was gonna get knocked out, lol. He was a bit of a 'chav' (for the UK readers here!) Hard to reason with and he wanted a fight. I'm still very surprised he didn't punch me

And it was a crap night over all, really. Really struggling to. get off the ground with mots interactions. I've experimented a fair bit, but the girls just don't seem interested in me
