Smiling without an obvious reason?

If someone smiles at me , regardless of their gender, I instantly get a boost in happiness and smile back. Its just for a few seconds but its nice. It lights up my day, no matter how I feel in that moment.

Quite a few people tell me I'm always smiling, but I don't realize it most of the time. There was a girl on my bus route last semester who I went on a few dates with told me I was always smiling and always looked happy. Why am I smiling on the bus, who knows.

It didn't work out with her though, we messed around one day, she became really uncomfortable then it went downhill. Turned out she was cheating on her boyfriend.

So yeah smiling can do wonders sometime lol

Lol im just like you. I sometimes catch myself giggling to myself when just waiting at the bus stop haha (im not crazy I don't think). Ever since ive gotten into self-development my life has seriously changed for the better and I can't contain it!
