So, I have a problem.

Anxiety runs my life. I want to get rid of it more than anything. I feel like I look good, I dress really well, I am fit and overall just feel like I'm approachable my self. I get the voices saying i'm gonna do this. I can do it etc. But when it comes to it, I can never approach a girl.

I see beautiful women every time I go to the school that I want to approach so bad but just end up not doing it. Sometimes it's excuses, sometimes I get so into it I just psych myself out, sometimes I think too hard on what to say first and just don't do it. I feel like it's not something you do, you don't just approach a girl walking in the hallway next to you. It sounds fucking stupid but i'm so ready to get rid of that mentality. I want to start my social life. I NEED to build more of a social circle. It's just something I want and am ready to work towards but just need some advice.

One time I seen this girl walking, by herself, no one around, she was a solid 9/10. I was so ready to go approach but I literally just kept walking to where I was going without saying anything to her.

Pretty much what i'm asking is, what should I say when I first approach? How to keep out of the friend zone? How to get over bitch butterflies?

Greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks everyone!
