Men,

Social skills are key to connecting with people. Making people comfortable is key. But, this idiot has learned that, if you're not comfortable, you can't make others comfortable. Here are some quick and POWERFUL tips you can apply today.

  1. Realize most people are rooting for you. One time, I was in the library and saw this cute girl on the computer, surrounded by other students. I was nervous to go talk to her because of the people around me. This repeated itself in bus stops when i lived in Chicago. So, how did things change for me? By realizing that most of the people around are rooting for us. When i talked to the girl in the library, other students were happy i did so. They were looking up to me and they were hoping i win. This is how you would be too. so, realize people are rooting for you to WIN, most of the time!
  2. Be interested and curious. The more interested you in other people or about things...the more interesting you will become. The more memorable you will become. The more likable you will become. This is just a simple way to be more interesting and it was SOOOO helpful to me when i was a beginner. When i started, i wasn't very talkative because i did not know myself well. And this was very useful. So, start getting in touch with your curious child side. You were curious as a child and you can get that curiosity back.
  3. Start focusing on sharing first before your expect others to share. If the person you are talking to is shy at first or is just not willing to share, don't ask questions. Talk about yourself first. that way, you open the door for them to talk. If you're talking about best Marvel characters, talk about your favorite ones first. If you're talking about embarrassing moments, share your cringy story of your first speech in class. Then, they will be more willing to share.
  4. Just share more of your short stories. we connect via stories.

I'm not sure if you watch Bald and Bankrupt's channel but the guy, Mr. Bald, is extremely social. I just uploaded a video going over a couple of other things he does that you can apply to improve your social skills right Now.
