I recommend just start being social, talk to everyone and build up your social skills, this is the foundation you need to be better with girls..so focus on that, just talking and not expecting anything of it.

You don’t. You should not become friends with a girl with hidden intentions, you will only put yourself in the friendzone and she will feel cheated that you just wanted a friendship to get her trust, and then try to get in her pants.

This idea that you must be friends first is flawed and wrong, no you should establish early on that you are flirting with her, that you desire her, and that you want to make her feel desired as a woman, don’t pretend to be her friend, don’t try to become her bff.
