I just wanted to share some things I learnt recently, and see what you lads think?

I learnt with women you should always listen out for subtle hints, if she says " I'm not ready to date", "I want babies, I consider myself traditional" don't ignore this, the girl is telling you who she is.

A quote coach Corey brought up" when a person tells you who they are, believe them the first time"

I learnt about something call cognitive dissonance, it's when we are dating a girl and things are going wrong or the girl isn't a good match for us, we ignore the warning signs or we fool ourselves into thinking it's nothing to worry about.

It's about recognising a girl isn't right for us or noticing a situation isn't going good and then taking corrective action if it isn't working.

Massive lessons that sound simple, I have had to learn this repeatedly the hard way.

I think that I may be a people pleaser and Im. Always putting the girls need before mine and I feel on a subconscious level I'm never good enough.

I am faking it until I make it though and I have become addicted to body building at the moment!

What did you guys to do to get a better self esteem and to overcome some of these things I struggle with?

I feel it's like deprogramming years of hard wired behaviour, which is why it's so hard.
