Starting College soon, need your advice

Surround yourself not with 'attractive' girls, but with people you really get along with and enjoy talking and laughing with. As soon as you seem comfortable and laid back talking with your friends, girls will see that as you are an outgoing and friendly guy. This makes you seem more fun and outgoing. Don't feel you need to earn approval. Enjoy yourself and others will too :)

It's good that you have goals, but you don't want to be too goal-oriented. If you truly want to improve with women, you need to be willing to put in the work to improve yourself.
Think about it, how can you bring value into the lives of others so they want to hang out around you?
If you haven't been talking to girls regularly already in your current life, your attempt of trying go big and get girls to like you at the start of classes will not work. That's not how it works.
This isn't something you can rush, you have to build it up overtime, yourself and your social skills.
Here's the tip. Don't be attached to any outcomes when you approach anyone. Instead of trying to get a girl to like you, just talk to her for the sake of talking to her, and putting yourself out there. It can be as simple as saying hi to a girl next to you, give her a compliment, and walk away saying nothing more. Sometimes it's better to say something strong and walk away than to force a conversation trying prove your worth to others. This gives a girl some room to breathe, and it lets her know that she wouldn't be stuck with you if you doesn't want to.
Start doing this, simply greet and smile at people you come across in your classes. If you do it right, people will respond, and you will find yourself surrounded with great people that you click with.
Most importantly, it's easy to say you're going to do something, but actually doing it is a differently action. Let's hope you'll actually talk to people once you're there.

I can say what worked for me in my first year in college. I didn't know anyone of my classmate the first days so i try to talk with others who seems in my same condition. I try to be te "leader" of the "others" and make myself as cool as possible, talking with nearly everyone a seem way too confident (than i really am). A make quickly a bounch of new friends and start to organize party and other social event, like group of studying, or also simply meeting in pubs or bar or go out for a walk together. After that i choose the girl i like and i start gaming with her, when i was already known as the "leader" of the group and one of the most social skilled guys in the class. It was easy game, but than i made some poor choices lol and i lost all my possibility with a 8, which is also one of the best girls in my class at tha time lol. But back in time i lack the ability to escalate from a good position till bang...
