I’m an 18 year old US male that is leaving for the army in a few weeks and since I’m getting out of the house and the teenage jungle (high school) is over I figured I missed out on a lot I could’ve learned in prior years from not opening myself up to dating. I have the bare bones knowledge of flirting like recognizing it and non verbally expressing myself, but other than that, small talk, and decent manners, I haven’t gotten the slightest idea how to approach a girl. I came across this subreddit and hope some of yall can throw me some advice to kickstart my next chapter.
