Here's a line that you can usually custom tailor to your personality. Remember, using a line that someone gives you is only going to work if it's consistent with your personality/approach.

A Mystery favorite: "We're never going to get a long..(pause)..we're too similar." - then list the ways you're similar.

This is great after you've already established some common interests, and the girl is starting to get invested. All of the sudden you go cold, and then back to very warm.

When you talk to a girl, she will already assume that you are flirting with her. You can say: "You re really cute, even though you got something dirt in your mouth/nose." You can keep on: "I will adopt you as my little sister" or some other bullshit to balance your compliment. I would recommend to not do this in the first stages of the conversation, but its up to you, my friend.
