I've been slowly improving myself and I can see the results when I look in the mirror. Lost weight, feel happier about myself, etc. I am at inner peace with myself as long as I stay committed to making myself better. My trouble atm is building value. I've read many posts about it yet I still find myself failing in this category. My friends meet new girls and I still find myself lacking in building my social circle. I hold meaningful conversations with people, I try to be happy all the time, I talk with people about themselves, yet people still don't view me as someone who gives value. I've read posts before, and a month or two ago I also posted about something similar to this. I've increased my conversational skills yet with my current friends I find myself in no way able to use them. I try and meet new people, make new friends who can help me out in this spot (of course they don't know the predicament I'm in lol), yet I still find myself falling short in this category and can't make any new meaningful relationships with people, including dudes just to chill with. I can seduce a girl and am confident around anyone, yet I can't do the things that would put me in the position often.

I can give (sort of) and example to this. My friend is trying to get this girl to go out with him. Naturally, I'm not going to go for anything, he is a good friend. One time, it was the three of us. I find it super easy to hold conversations with her and generate interest, and during it I'm questioning myself "why am I not in this situation more often, with girls like this who I can easily attract?"

I would try and elaborate what I think I am doing wrong in this aspect, but I couldn't tell you even if I was forced to. I don't know. I've been stuck in this spot for quite a while now so if I didn't seem alarmed by it already, I am. Heck, I may be forgetting some simple, basic tips that would drastically improve my situation. That's how much I don't know.

Any tips would be appreciated.
