I get your point, but I disagree. IOIs are there to show if you escalation is being well recieved and this is key. You shouldnt worry about them, but a good PUA shouldnt worry about anything. IOIs are a good thing to look out for when with a girl, but that being said, it only takes 2 or 3 strong IOIs to know if you're getting any lovin' or not.

Yea agreed. I was out recently and got like no IOIs (I got great eye contact early in the night, but later on seemed like it was reversed). Escalated kino a bit, even that was mixed results. But a good moment came up for a kiss and we went from light kissing to full blown make out right away. (the kind where you can tell the chick was just waiting for you to make a move) There is no signal, you choose when to kiss and if she turns away then that's your indicator.

I just like to think that everything is an IOI. That way you are never stuck there wondering if she's digging you or whether it was a good or bad thing when she looked away real quick like that. Touched her hair? IOI. Whispered something to her friend? IOI. Gave you a strange look? Fuck it, IOI. It's also silly to look at IOIs as permission to escalate, and the mindset should be more that if you are getting them (and you are, because everything is an IOI), you should be escalating faster.

So during an interaction you'll feel like you're just constantly being bombarded with good signals, because you immediately interpret it that way instead of trying to decode it, and as a result your energy/mood/whatever will be constantly lifted and reinforced.

Now when you are doing this, you've got to have some common sense; so if she slaps you because of something you said, it's probably not a good thing. It may sound somewhat contradictory, but it should be easy to tell when an interaction isn't going smoothly and that you are better off ejecting. In this light, I suppose this rule applies mainly to the more ambiguous or neutral things that a girl will do that seems to get a lot of guys worked up over whether it's positive or not.
