It doesn't matter what you say. You can say "Hey, what's up?" "Hi" "Hey, I'm _______" "I know this is random but I though you were attractive and I wanted to come see what you were like" "What's for lunch?"

I've hooked up with girls after saying all of these (yes, even what's for lunch). It doesn't fucking matter, she either likes you right away or she doesn't. You don't even really need to do anything beyond basic small talk and asking for her number
