I will say that I don't go direct too often, if you go too direct then you're basically forcing her to make a decision if she wants to talk to you based on your looks (because she literally doesn't know anything else about you) Which can work, but a lot of times it doesn't.

I would rather go indirect and get her laughing before I start hitting on her.

All of these are terrible. First one sounds like an insincere compliment, second one sounds like an obvious pickup line, third one is probably the worst of all. Remember the last time you've met someone naturally, did you immediately get to know each other and exchange numbers? I don't think so. Fourth one...why would a person that just saw you for the first time want to know your name without exchanging a word prior to that?
