The way we learn can effect our neurology and our ability to be natural.

Pickup/mystery method is left brain activity. Left brain is analytics, data, logic, sequential (maths/science) Right brain is intuition, heart based consciousness, fluidity, outside the box, beyond limitation (art/poetry)

When you focus on left brain activity, you shut down the mamalian complex in the brain (emotional centre) which shuts down ability to empathise and tune into her; interacting energetically with the woman.

Instead we go into the Rcomplex (reptilian) of the brain which deals with survival (fight or flight). This is why you get feelings of fear/approach anxiety. (low vibrational states)

You can’t confine and summarise something which is ephemeral.

You have to identify with the chaos, and learn to ride it. So open up more empathy, work on improvisation skills, have an autonomous free attitude, be unprepared, and fluid.

Pick up is about control. You cannot control the woman or the environment. All you can do is be the sailor that rides the sea not trying to control the sea

Surrender not control

The need for control comes from a place of fear. Fear & confusion of our internal emotional state. So often we deal with this by trying to control environment and those around us. (Think of the insecure bouncer who stands at front of nightclub and empowers himself by throwing his weight around.)

Love is a high vibrational state, which is surrender and the acceptance of oneness and non-dualism.

Pick up paradigm reinforces separation and opposition. Which leads to strategy, manipulation and control.

Once you feel emotionally autonomous and comfortable with who you are, you lose the fear.

As an exercise; Let things play out to relinquish control and surrender to the woman.
