This question actually comes from something that happened last night, and my realizing I didn't handle the situation properly (probably handled it in the worst way possible).

The setup is as such: My friend and I get get into the second bar of the night. Grab drinks and see two girls on the other end of the bar, one facing towards me, one away. The one facing me is cute, so I go and open her with "Hi, I just wanted to say I think your necklace matches your dress beautifully." My goal for the night (and tonight as well) is to practice qualification and push/pull, and the set was going incredibly well. A few times I mock-walked away and she pulled me back, etc...

My wing did not hit it off so well with girl #2 (who admittedly was not very interesting nor attractive) so I #-closed and wanted to open a new set. I hadn't given a false time constraint, so I hadn't any easy out. The bar had lots of good looking women, so I didn't want to change venues, either.

My terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad line was, "Hey, what's on the other end of the bar?" Her: "Some video games, I think they have basketball" Me: "Sounds fun!" Me to my wing: "Let's go play some basketball" Her to me: "Basketball is fun but I'm terrible" (or something like that; she was trying to tag along) Me, blowing myself out, jokingly mentioned something about texting her from the other side of the bar asking how the weather is on her side, etc... She laughed (whatever I said was actually funny) but it was basically a 100% rejection of her, which I am regretting.

So seddit, TL;DR: You find a girl, get her number. You want to talk to other girls at the same bar. How do you eject?
