Game should never be a center of your life (unless you are a professional dating coach).
Once you brake through your first approaches and become good in game(or at least ok), it is totally normal to run game in the background.
Actually, it is how it should work. You are not supposed to “chase women”. You need to live balanced happy life and approach woman on occasion, when it suits your lifestyle. Flirting with women in any social gathering, coffee shop or bus. It becomes your ego, automatic habit. Just the light play in your life in addition to your goals, not replacing them.
Daygame is the tool to build a skill, nothing more.
I would recommend to take a brake, if you feel the need and already archived results, but never stop approaching on occasion. It is like a muscle, without training it fades.

Don't really agree with this. Like anything else, if you want the best results you need deliberate practice, in this case planned day game sessions. Approaching a girl here or there in your daily life won't get you anywhere.

Thats why i said “once you brake through first approaches and become good”.
There are different stages of the game, the first 1000 approaches(depending on the person) are the most difficult, but also the most effective for learning. Once the ice is broken and you know what you are doing, there is no need to approach like it is a job.
Moreover, it is counter productive, sabotages other life aspects.
It is good to be goal oriented when you started. But at some point deliberately practicing just creates unnecessary tension. The best results I have are when I do not care about results or any planned day game sessions, because it becomes genuine aloofness and absence of “result” pressure.
The paradox with a game, at some point doing less achieves more. And “lifestyle” approaches, when you pick up chicks doing what you want with your life are much more enjoyable.

I agree with what you have said in both your comments. I look at approaching a different way now over my years of dating. Because we all are approaching individuals in general whenever we walk out the door to purchase anything, or walk this earth.
You go to a Starbucks, you have to approach the person there I see it as nothing different then a ordinary daily task as you explained as well

Do what you feel like doing. If you want a break then take one and go from there. It's not a big deal. Women will always be there.

I don't really game much, I mainly do daygame when I see an extremely hot girl, which doesn't happen really often because I work from home and most women are not extremely hot, and I'm not really good at it, but "chasing women" is never a good idea, chasing the skill of of talking to women is different.
If you use daygame as a strategy to develop your social skills regarding seduction, that's fine, but be careful, it is not the same as "chasing women". I see daygame as the practice of aproaching women and be able to talk to them and if it goes well, you get their contact information, but it should mainly be done in your deadtime (a few minutes in the grocery store, while you're on a bus, or waiting at a bus stop, or at the train station), not in the time you should be working, studying or exercising, so yeah, even if you don't take a full break from it, you must give up on it as the center of your life, it's just a practice to develop a skill.
