Hey, I'm having a lot of trouble talking about anything sexual with anybody. An example would be when just watching a movie, guys comment on the attractive female characters and girls comment on the attractive male characters. I can never join in on this type conversations/banter because i'm just not comfortable talking about things sexually. Another example would be that i'm hardly comfortable using the word "penis" in a sexual conversation, whether it be with guys or girls. Growing up, sexual conversations were tabooed for me, so i have no practice.

How can i build my confidence when talking about sex related topics?

Obviously some people will answer "just start practicing", which I will definitely try to, but are there any pointers, or mindsets i should have when having this sort of conversation?
