Anyone here use to have problems talking over the phone with ladies.?

Nope. I'll elaborate below.....

Honestly i feel like it would benefit me to be able to chat over the phone with them but the act of talking to someone who isnt there i just cant do. I dont like it, feels uncomfortable and i find myself running out of things to say quicker.

These issues you describe are not going to be present once you've gotten to know someone, so you appear to be writing about talking on the phone with girls you just met.

With this in mind, the issue appears to be that you're trying to use the phone to do the job that should be done by conversation in person.

Phone, text, FB, whatever..... all early communication over any medium, shouldn't complicated because the main point is to actually set up a meet in person with the girl. So having things to talk about, is irrelevant; you shouldn't be trying to compensate for lack of in person time, by talking on the phone.

Focus on setting up the meet, stop making it so complicated.

here's a tip: Set up a script. Basically an outline of stuff to talk about, and jump around the outline as you see fit. After awhile you can dump the script when you become comfortable.

I tend to have the best phone conversations when my eyes are shut, no distractions so I can concentrate.

Simple, don't talk on the phone so much. Chat for a few minutes and tell her you want to talk in person. Then ask her on a date.
