While in Europe, I lived in Budapest. Little did I know, this was one of the coolest cities in Europe. People from all over come there, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia, Western Europe, Americans. It felt like a cultural melting pot. I lived right in the center of it all. A daily habit for me became going out, and just talking to strangers. I approached around 10 people per day, for 30 days, And here’s what I learned.
Approaching people you don’t know is hard at first, messy in the middle but so fun at the end. You become at winning people over, handling rejection and making friends.
It makes life more fun. You no longer are in your own bubble, stuck in your routine. It’s not easy, but it is a free, fun and fast way to brighten up your day. To get out of your head. And honestly, kill your ego a bit. Because rejections do hurt.
Now, whenever I feel bored, it is a great way to get out of my comfort zone.
If you want to learn more, feel free to private message me with any questions and let’s chat. I actively do coaching on social skills.
