Stop letting your mind wander and keep things in perspective. Enjoy the moment, but also recognize that the euphoric, romantic feels you're getting is also, in part, an autonomic response in your brain. It's a necessary part of attraction, but don't get carried away. Acknowledge it for what it is (a good but nevertheless fleeting feeling), and navigate through it.

Im not getting needy or so, i dont write her every day or stuff like this, im just in a state of "fallin in love" although it was just one date, and women changer their mood pretty quick.

Here's the thing. You say you're not getting needy, not writing to her every day, etc., but since the women are changing their mood quickly, that means that neediness is coming out regardless of what you think. The fact that you're getting attached way too much, way too quickly, to an idealized image of them, rather than them, is clear to them and turns them off.

This comes out in all sorts of actions and words that you might not even realize. It's definitely happening if these are the results you're seeing every time.

The thing that I hate about this the most, is the feeling i have on a next date. I loose interest, when my next date is just normal conversation and a coffe or stuff like that.

What do you mean exactly, by the women "changing their mood?"

And do you mean to say that you're losing interest by the second date?

I have a similar problem, I even made a post the other day about it. I get laid fairly easy, but when I meet a girl that is my type, that I find special and the experience with her is special, I start to get attached to her and I don't know what to do.

I'm not like you that looses interest on the second date. Instead I obsess about getting a second date (and then a third date, and so on) because I don't want to loose her.

Anyway. Does anybody has a solution to this ?

Right, this is actually somewhat typical, and don't worry you'll probably never lose it, BUT.. you need to analyze exactly WHAT you change in your behavior, and trim that out. I caught myself a couple times when I was a kid banging some beautiful girl and just acting dumb after. It almost never worked out. You're essentially freezing up in some way that's registering behaviorally. Well that's not really... competitive, if you catch my drift. Here's something written up on it from years ago:
