Wanted to know what are some good conversation starters to get a dry text convo going?

The week before last I briefly hooked up with a girl I had a class with last semester. I’ve seen her twice since then, once hanging out with mutual friends and the other for a lunch date the day before yesterday. The lunch date went pretty well and we have a lot in common but It’s been two days and I can’t think of something to get the conversation going. I feel like this should be a no brainer because she’s made it clear that she’s interested but I don’t want our only texts to be me trying to invite her to stuff.
