Honestly from experience lately? If its from a dating app, don't bother and just stay off them and work on yourself.

You can't meet up until this is over so what will more than likely happen is that even if you get a good conversation going, you can't follow it up with a date and it'll probably just fizzle out. The game with those things hasn't changed despite the situation: if you don't follow it up quick and meet them, they'll get bored. There's only so far that messaging can get you.
